Nancy Holt: Hydra's Head

In this new film, Lisa Le Feuvre, Executive Director of the Holt/Smithson Foundation, explores Nancy Holt's Hydra's Head (1974), one of the artist's earliest large-scale land art works.

Presented at Goodwood Art Foundation for the first time since its original installation in 1974, the site-responsive sculpture transforms six reflective pools into a powerful meditation on perception, astronomy and our relationship with the natural world.
