As the woodland emerges from winter dormancy and begins to burst into life, Noz will share a lifetime of insight into the heritage and evolving story of this remarkable landscape - from its ancient roots to its careful stewardship today. Visitors will gain a deeper understanding of the plants and wildlife that call our woodland home, and the rhythms that shape their return each spring.
Fresh growth pushes through the woodland floor, birdsong gathers in the canopy, and light filters through newly unfurling leaves. Guided by Noz’s exceptional knowledge and passion, this is an opportunity to witness the landscape at its most dynamic - alive with movement and quiet wonder.

Our seasonal small plates lunch menu is available from 11am to 3pm. Reservations are not required for parties of fewer than 10 guests.
We also offer a three-course set lunch menu at £35 per person.
