At the heart of the evening is a six course tasting menu created and introduced by Head Chef Harry Cartwright. Celebrating the height of the season, each course showcases the finest local ingredients, from fresh Sussex produce to carefully sourced meat and seafood, prepared with Harry's signature focus on flavour, provenance and craftsmanship.
Guests may also choose to enhance their experience with a specially selected wine pairing, presented by the expert team from Graft Wine, who will guide diners through each pairing throughout the evening.
Designed as a shared experience, the supper club brings members together around long communal tables, creating a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. A limited number of smaller tables will also be available for those who prefer a more private dining arrangement.
