Surrounded by a selection of her artwork in 24, join us for an evening with multimedia artist Lubna Chowdhary. In conversation with Consultant Curator Ann Gallagher, Lubna Chowdhary discusses her presentation on view at Goodwood Art Foundation and her wider artistic practice. The bar will be open for refreshments and nibbles until 8pm.

About Lubna Chowdhary
Lubna Chowdhary works at the intersection of sculpture, architecture and craft with a diverse practice rooted in material experimentation.
Over the past two decades, she has created permanent public artworks across the UK, often integrated into architectural projects.
At Goodwood Art Foundation, Chowdhary’s presentation includes a series of ceramic Markers and two large-scale collage works from her Switch series.
Best known for her ceramics, Chowdhary’s Marker series explores form and colour. Drawing on the geometry and cultural history of tiles, she layers coloured glazes through a process she describes as “working blind with colour.”
About Ann Gallagher
Ann Gallagher OBE is an independent curator, formerly Director of Collections, British Art at Tate, London. She has curated major exhibitions for Tate and international venues, including the Venice Biennale.
Ann is Consultant Curator at Goodwood Art Foundation, leading on the curatorial vision alongside our specialist team.
Collaborating with internationally acclaimed artists and estates, she has shaped the opening programme and continues to champion the Foundation’s vision for a compelling, dynamic and thoughtful approach to experiencing art in an outstanding natural environment.
